There is a video that Thorston Bronger posted on how to figure out the numbers needed to create a lens profile. But he's had a note up for some time that he has that on ice at the minute. The initial post had a link to Thorston Bronger's web page where he offers to create profiles for anyone who sends him enough pictures. I've just got back calibration files for the DT 35mm f1.8 and DT 50mm f1.8 after sending the calibration images a couple days ago and the results with Darktable look near perfect.
